结合医院实际情况,合理设计应用医院门诊自动分诊信息管理系统,切实改善医院候诊区的服务质量,减轻医患压力和矛盾,提高了医院整体服务形象。
Combined with the actual situation of the hospital, the reasonable design and application of automatic classification of hospital outpatient information management system and improve hospital waiting room service quality, reduce the medical pressure and contradiction, improve the overall hospital service image.
