摘要
目的:建立科学合理的医院职工绩效工资考核运算体系,并进行系统功能开发和应用,实现绩效考核体系的信息化。方法:探索应用数据集技术建立医院的绩效考核运算体系,经过数据库设计、程序编写、信息采集等逐步实现系统功能,使医院绩效考核实行信息化管理。结果:通过系统的试运行,显示考核体系的科学性和可操作性,信息化管理使考核过程准确、高效、便捷,考核结果客观、公正、公开,具有时效性。结论:实现了医院绩效考核的信息化管理,提高了医院整体管理水平、工作质量和效率。
Objective: Establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation computing system of wages of hospital staff performance, and conduct the development and application of the system functions, to achieve the informatization of performance evaluation system. Methods: Explore building the hospital's performance appraisal computing system with the application datasets technology, by the database design, programming and information collection to realize system function step by step, and to implement information management of hospital performance appraisal. Results: Passing the test run of the system. Display the scientific and operability of the evaluation system. The information management makes the appraisal process accurate, efficient and convenient, the results of the exam are objective, fair, open, and timeliness. Conclusion: Achieve the information management of hospital performance appraisal, and improved the overall level of hospital management, the quality and efficiency of the work.
