摘要
为提高高校组织人事管理部门工作效率,解决传统管理方式中数据一致性差、统计查询费时费力且易出差错、报表生成难度大等问题,开发了本系统。本系统是基于JSP开发的,开发环境为j2sdk1.4+Tomcat5.0,主要使用了组合查询、数据字典、Javabean等方法。本系统的开发和部署使用,实现了高校组织人事工作中对人员和机构基于校园网的有效管理,实现了系统设计目标和功能。使用本系统,可以极大提高高校的组织、人事工作效率。
The system was developed for improving the department working efficiency of university organization ＆ human resource management, solving the problem of bad data coherence, the easy error making task of counting and searching was time wasting and energy wasting, the difficulty of generating reports in traditional management way. The system was based on JSP, the platform was j2sdk1. 4 ＋ Tomcat5. Mainly used the method of combined searching, data dictionary, Javabean etc. With the development and deployment of the system, the system designed goal and function,the efficient management work for university staff and organization based on campus network were accomplished. With the help of the system, the job efficiency of university organization ＆ human resource can be improved significantly.
