武汉市某医院护理绩效考核中的信息技术应用现状调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的:依托信息化管理平台建立护理人员绩效考核系统,提高护理人员的工作积极性和服务质量。方法:制定由护士的工作数量、工作质量、年资、职称、学历、岗位6个要素组成的护理人员绩效考核系统,使护理人员绩效考核实行信息化管理。比较实施信息化绩效考核前后病区护理质量(一级护理、基础护理、专科护理)、患者满意度、医生满意度及护士自身满意度的变化。结果:实行信息化绩效考核管理后,一级护理、基础护理、专科护理质量显著提高,差异有统计学意义,t值分别为-36.59、-28.41、33.36;P<0.01;患者满意度、医生满意度及护士自身的满意度提高,差异有统计学意义,χ2值分别为43.6、4.88、4.76;P值分别为<0.01、<0.05、<0.05。结论:实行护理人员绩效考核的信息化管理,提高了护理质量、患者满意度和工作人员满意度以及护理人员的工作积极性,提高了医院整体管理水平、服务质量和效率。 Objective :To establish nursing staff performance appraisal system by means of information management platform, so as to encourage nursing staff's enthusiasm for work and improve service quality. Methods:Nursing performance appraisal system,in which the assessment criteria of appraisal system consist of quantity of work, quality of work, working years, job titles, educational background, and work position, were realized to informationize the nursing staff performance appraisal system. We evaluated the change of the ward nursing quality ( first - class nursing, basic care,special care), patient satisfaction, doctors satisfaction, nurses satisfaction before and after the implementation of the appraisal system. Results:h was shown that the implementation of the nursing staff performance appraisal system improved the quality of care including first - class nursing, basic care, special care and there was a significant difference ( t values were respectively - 36.59, - 28.41,33.36 ;P 〈 0.01 ). Patient satisfaction, doctor satisfaction and nurse own satisfaction were significantly higher compared with before the implementation of appraisal system and there was significant difference ( χ2 values were respectively 43.6,4.88,4.76 ;P values were respectively 〈 0.01, 〈 0.05, 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Implementation of the information management of nursing staff performance appraisal may improve the quality of the care, patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction and the nursing staffs enthusiasm for work and the overall management level, the quality and the efficiency in hospital.
