摘要
目的:了解2010年我院门诊氟康唑注射液使用的合理性和治疗效果,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法:查阅我院医生工作站系统,统计我院门诊氟康唑注射液使用数据,并对其应用合理性进行分析。结果:2010年1—12月我院门诊的所有处方共计373 381张,其中使用氟康唑注射液处方为1 797张,占门诊处方总量的0.48%。1 797张使用氟康唑注射液处方中1 774张处方用药合理,合理率为98.7%;23张处方用药不合理,不合理率为1.3%。结论:氟康唑注射液治疗真菌感染效果好,在我院门诊应用基本合理,但也存在不合理之处。
OBJECTIVE：To study the rationality of outpatient use of fluconazole injection in our hospital and evaluate its therapeutic efficacy for reference of clinical rational drug use. METHODS： The consumption data of fluconazole injection in outpatients of our hospital were retrieved from doctor workstation system for analysis regarding the rationality of the drug use. RESULTS ： During Jan. -Dec. period of 2010, there were a total of 373 381 outpatient prescriptions, of which, 1 797 （98.7%） were prescriptions of Fluconazole injection; of the 1 797 prescriptions of fluconazole injection, 1 774 （98.7%） were found to be rational and 23 （1.3%） irrational. CONCLUSION：Fluconazole injection showed remarkable therapeutic efficacy for fungal infection. The outpatient use of fluconazole injection in our hospital was rational on the whole yet it is far from perfect.
