摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术在治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的临床疗效。方法对21例非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎患者行鼻内窥镜手术。彻底清除鼻腔、鼻窦病灶，充分开放、冲洗鼻窦，并定期行鼻内窥镜检查。结果随访6个月至4年，治愈18冽，失访1例，复发2例。复发病例经鼻内窥镜换药后治愈。结论鼻内窥镜手术是治疗非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎的有效手段。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery on the treatment of noninvasive fungal the maxillary sinusitis. Methods 21 patients with non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis patients were given endoscopic sinus surgery. Completely remove of the nasal cavity and sinus disease, fully open, washing sinuses and give nasal endoscopy on a regular tine. Results Follow-up of 6 months to 4 years, 18 cases of cure, 1 case of loss of information. 2 case of relapse. Cases of recurrence were cured by endoscopic sinus dressing. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is an effective measure on trentment of non-invasive fungal maxillary sinuses.
