摘要
目的比较前方牵引矫治法(A组)与唇向扩弓活动矫治法(B组)均联合方丝弓在替牙期功能性安氏Ⅲ类错患者中的应用效果。方法将我院正畸门诊的替牙期的功能性安氏Ⅲ类错患者30例按治疗方法不同分为A、B两组,分别比较A组(n=13)和B组(n=17)的矫治结果、矫治周期、患者身体适应期、心理接受度、治疗成本、操作难易程度等。结果两组患者对最终矫治结果均表示较满意。但B法较A法矫治周期短,患者身体适应时间短,操作简单,耗时短,且维护简单,治疗成本相对低。结论唇向扩弓矫治法较前方牵引矫治法有更多的优点,更值得临床医生推广应用。
Objective To compare the application of the anterior traction appliances with the lip-side expansion appliances both combined with the edgewise appliances in the treatment of functional class Ⅲ malocclusions. Methods The patients with functional class Ⅲ malocclusions in the early permanent teeth were randomly divided into group A （n=13） and group B （n=17）, which applied anterior traction appliances or lip-side expansion appliances both combined with the edgewise appliances, respectively. The treatment results, treatment period, patients’adaptation period, psychological acceptance, treatment costs, degree of difficulty and easiness to operate were compared between the two groups. Results The patients of the two groups were all satisfied with treatment results. However, compared with group A, the treatment period of group B was shorter, the adaption period was shorter, the procedure was easier to operate, the consuming time was shorter, and the cost of treatment was relatively lower. Conclusion The lip-side expansion appliances combined with the edgewise appliances is of more significantly prominent advantages in many aspects than the edgewise appliances combined with anterior traction appliances, which is worthy of promotion.
