前方牵引矫治乳牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错上气道矢状形态变化的研究 被引量:2

The changes of sagittal upper airway dimensions of patients with Angle Ⅲ malocclusion following maxillary protraction

摘要 目的:研究前方牵引矫治乳牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错畸形患者上气道矢状形态变化。方法:选择乳牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错畸形患者15例,年龄3.7~5.0岁,采用前方牵引治疗前牙反,进行正畸前后头影测量分析。结果:前方牵引矫治乳牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错畸形,上颌基骨前移,SNA治疗后增加1.85°±0.60°;下颌骨向后下方旋转,SN-MP和ANS-Me/N-Me治疗后分别增加2.42°±0.59°、(1.85±0.95)%;鼻咽段(PNS-UPW、PNS-Ad2)治疗后分别增加(2.18±0.70)mm,(1.98±0.72)mm,变化均具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论:前方牵引矫治乳牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错畸形,上气道鼻咽段失状径增大。 Objective: To examine the effects of maxillary protraction headgear on the sagittal dimension of the upper airway of patients with Angle Ⅲ malocclusion. Method: Fifteen patents with Angle m malocclusion were treated with maxillary protraction. Cephalometric analysis was carried out before and after treatment. Result:The results of the study revealed that point A moved anteriorly. The mandible plane showed a counterclockwise rotation and an accompanying increase in SN-MP angle. The vertical parameters showed a statistically significant increase. The nasopharyngeal airway measurements (PNS-adl, PNS-ad2) showed an increase of (2.18±0.70)mm and (1.98±0.72)mm respectively. Conclusion: Maxillary protraction improved nasopharyngeal but not 0ropharyngeal airway dimensions.
