摘要
科技项目的绩效评估是当前科技管理研究广泛关注的问题。本文结合高校科技管理工作中的实践，论述了高校科技项目管理进行绩效评估的必要性，评估的内容和方法，并提出了一套较为完整、系统和具可操作性的绩效评估指标体系。可为高校科技项目管理的科学决策提供有价值的资料。
On the basis of the practice of scientific and technological management, this paper discusses the necessity of achievement and efficiency assessment of the management of scientific and technological research projects in institutions of higher learning, as well as the content and methods of the assessment. The paper also puts forward a set of assessment targets, which can be helpful for scientific decision in the management of scientific and technological research projects in college and universities.
