摘要
随着我国科技改革的不断深入，从中央到科技界越来越重视科研经费的投入和绩效评价。文章在分析某基金现状的基础上，明确基金评价指标体系的作用，根据其设计基本原则，构建了一套适用当前基金的评价指标体系。
