术中超声在颅内肿瘤切除术中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨分析在颅内肿瘤切除术中应用超声的临床价值。方法经头颅CT或MRI诊断明确的颅内肿瘤病人65例,随机分成观察组32例和对照组33例,观察组在术中配合使用超声影像切除肿瘤,对照组仅根据术前MR或CT资料切除肿瘤,对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术后观察组肿瘤残余1例,残余率3.125%;对照组肿瘤残余6例,残余率18.2%,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论颅内肿瘤切除术中应用超声可提高手术精确性,降低复发率,具有临床推广价值。
