摘要
临床实习是医学教育的重要环节，也是每位医学生必须经历的过程。培养知识全面、动手能力强的合格医学生，是现代医学教育为培养可持续发展的医学人才所要探讨的问题。本文从医学生、实习带教教师、医疗环境等角度，通过问卷调查和访谈的形式，了解医学生临床实习的现状，为进一步提高I临床教学质量，提高医学生临床实习能力，提出了可行性建议。
Clinical practice is an essential component of medical teaching, which every medical student must go through. In order to train sustainable development medical professionals, it is necessary for the modern medical education to probe into the means of cultivating eligible medical students with comprehensive knowledge and high level of operation ability. Therefore, in the form of questionnaires and interviews, from the perspective of medical students, clinical teachers and medical environments, this article wants to learn about the present situation of clinical internship and put forward plausible advices for further improvement of clinical teaching quality and students＇ practical ability.
