摘要
探讨基于ICF理念下的整合式教学在脑卒中康复教学中的应用。采用随机抽样法,选取海南医学院2019级临床医学专科1—5班的学生作为研究对象,对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用基于ICF理念下整合式教学方法进行脑卒中康复教学。教学后,分别对两组学生进行理论、技能考核及满意度调查。结果发现,观察组在脑卒中部分的理论成绩、Mini-CEX及学习效率与兴趣的提高均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论表明,基于ICF理念下的整合式教学应用于脑卒中康复中,有助于提高临床医学专科学生相关专科的理论成绩,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高师生满意度。
To explore the application of integrated teaching based on ICF model to the teaching method of Stroke Rehabilitation random sampling method was used to select the students from Class 1—5 of clinical medicine College of Hainan Medical College in 2019 as the research objects.The control group was taught by conventional teaching method,while the observation group was taught by integrated teaching method based on ICF model.After teaching,the two groups of students were assessed on theory,skills and satisfaction.The observation group was higher than the control group in stroke partial theoretical scores,Mini-CEX,learning efficiency improvement and interest,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The integrated teaching method of Stroke Rehabilitation based on the ICF model is helpful to improve the academic performance of clinical medicine students,stimulate their interest in learning,and improve the satisfaction of teachers and students.
