摘要 原发性肝癌(HCC)是世界最常见严重危害人群身心健康和生命安全的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病机制至今尚不明确。8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)是活性氧自由基(ROS)造成的DNA氧化损伤修饰性产物之一,研究表明,8-OHdG与HCC发生发展有着很大的关联。该文对8-OHdG与HCC发生发展的研究现状进行综述。 Primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors which is serious threatening people’s health,and its pathogenesis is still unclear so far.Research shows that 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG) play an important role in the carcinogenesis mechanism and development of HCC as the representative product of oxidative DNA damage.This paper reviews the present advances of research on 8-OHdG expression in HCC.
