摘要
利用HPLC(高效液相色谱)电化学检测法分析DNA内8—羟基—2’—脱氧鸟苷(Oh8dG)的含量是一个定量分析DNA氧化性损伤的有效方法。研究发现大鼠经口给予溴酸钾(KBrO3)能在其靶器官肾脏产生oh8dG;硫酸锂能有效保护大鼠肾DNA免遭KBrO3的氧化损伤,未见保护作用有剂量—反应关系。
Measurement of 8 hydroxy 2’ deoxyguanosine(oh8dG)in DNA by HPLCwith electrochemical detection Provides an useful method for the quantitative analysis of ox-idative DNA damage. It was found that oral administration of potassium bromate(KBrOa)specifically produced oh8dG in rat target organ DNA. Whereas Li2SO4 could substantially pro-tect DNA of rat kidney from oxidative damage by KBrO3. However,dose response relation-ship was not found in this experiment。
