小麦三雌蕊突变体主要农艺性状的遗传力分析 被引量:4

摘要 对小麦三雌蕊突变体开花期的株高、穗长、穗下节间长、茎粗,旗叶长,旗叶宽,倒二叶长,倒二叶宽和小穗数等9个农艺性状的遗传力进行了研究.结果表明:小麦三雌蕊品系的这9个主要农艺性状的广义遗传力均较高,为63.38%-96.53%.株高、穗长、穗下节间长、旗叶长和倒二叶长的狭义遗传力较大,属于高遗传力性状,其遗传力主要受基因加性效应控制,应在早代进行选择.旗叶宽、茎粗、倒二叶宽和小穗数的狭义遗传力较小,属于低遗传力性状,在早代选择的效果差. The heritability of nine main agronomic traits, such as plant height, spike length, internode length below spike, stem diameter, flag leaf length, flag leaf width, the second top leaf length, the second top leaf width and spikelet numbers were studied in blooming stage of three pistils mutation. The results showed that the broad heritability of the nine agronomic traits were high, ranging from 63.38% to 96.53%. The narrow heritability of plant height, spike length, internode length below spike, flag leaf length and the the second top leaf length were greater which belonged to high heritability agronomic traits, and were controlled by additive gene effect, so these characters could be chosen in early generation. The narrow heritability of other agronomic traits, stem diameter, flag leaf width and the second top leaf width were less which belonged to low heritability agronomic, and these characters could not be chosen in early generation.
