磷缺乏对蛋鸡外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:1

Effect of phosphorus deficiency on peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets in lohmann pink layer

摘要 为了研究不同磷水平及不同磷源对蛋鸡外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,试验将60只罗曼粉壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,分别喂以0添加水平、0.05%磷酸氢钙、0.05%磷酸一二钙和正常磷添加水平的日粮,并用流式细胞术进行研究。结果表明:与对照组比较,饲喂低磷日粮50天时蛋鸡外周血CD3+、CD3+CD4+T淋巴细胞百分率降低(P<0.05或者P<0.01),80天时CD3+T淋巴细胞百分率升高;不同磷源对外周血T淋巴细胞的影响差异不显著;摄食磷缺乏日粮可导致外周血成熟T淋巴细胞数量减少,影响蛋鸡的细胞免疫功能,后期由于机体的代偿调节使免疫功能恢复。 To study the effect of different phosphorus levels and sources on peripheral blood T - lymphocyte subsets in layer, 60 healthy lohmann pink layers were randomly divided into four groups and fed on diets as follows : low - phosphorus group I with 0 addition, low - phosphorus group H with 0.05% dicalcium phosphate (DCP), low- phosphorus group Ⅲ (0.05% dicalcium phosphate (MDCP) , and group Ⅳ with normal phosphorus addition (control). Flow cytometry was used in the study. The results showed that, when fed with low -phosphorus diets compared with the control group, the percentage of CD3 + T lymphocyte and CD3 + CD4 + T lymphocyte subset in the peripheral blood of the lay- ers were decreased ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) at 50 days, and the percentage of CD3+ T lymphocyte was increased at 80 days in the low - phos- phorus groups. There were no significant differences in the effect of different phosphorus sources on peripheral blood T - lymphocyte subsets. The results indicate that phosphorus deficiency can lead to decreased numbers of the peripheral blood T - lymphocyte populations, affecting the cellular immune system in layers. However, the immune function is restored in later period due to body's compensatory adjustment in layers.
