摘要
为了比较植源性磷酸氢钙与矿源性磷酸氢钙对育成期蛋鸡的利用效果,试验选用13周龄海兰褐蛋鸡96只,随机分为4组,每组24只,每只为1个重复。在鸡的日粮中:Ⅵ组添加0.9%矿源性磷酸氢钙,Ⅵ组在Ⅵ组的基础上添加300 U/g植酸酶,Ⅵ组添加0.8%植源性磷酸氢钙,Ⅵ组在Ⅵ组的基础上添加300 U/g植酸酶。采用全收粪方法对试验鸡进行钙、磷表观代谢率的测定。结果表明,与饲喂矿源性磷酸氢钙(0.9%)相比,植源性磷酸氢钙(0.8%)使蛋鸡钙的代谢率提高了17.81%(P<0.01),磷提高了8.88%;饲喂植酸酶与矿源性磷酸氢钙(0.9%),蛋鸡钙代谢率提高了4.94%,磷代谢率提高了19.29%(P<0.01);饲喂植酸酶与植源性磷酸氢钙(0.8%),蛋鸡钙代谢率提高了4.86%,磷代谢率提高了13.19%(P<0.01)。表明植源性磷酸氢钙比矿源性磷酸氢钙更能提高育成期蛋鸡的钙、磷表观代谢率,而添加植酸酶能够提高育成期蛋鸡对不同源性磷酸氢钙的代谢利用率。
In order to compare the effectiveness of plant-derived calcium phosphate and mine-derived calcium phosphate on pullets,96 Hy-line brown laying hens of 13-week-age were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly. Every group contained 24 pullets and each was a replicate. The rations were as follows:group Ⅰ ,0.9% mine-derived calcium phosphate; group 1~ , group Ⅰ +300 U/g phytase; groupⅢ , 0.8% plant-derived calcium phosphate; group Ⅳ group Ⅲ+300 U/g phytase. Total collection of feces was used to determine the apparent metabolic rate of calcium and phosphorus on laying hens. The results showed that: compared with mine-derived calcium phosphate (0.9%), metabolic rate of calcium and phosphorus were tended to increase 17.81% (P〈0.01)and 8.88% in plant-derived group on pullets, respectively. By adding phytase and mine-derived calcium phosphate (0.9%) , apparent metabolic rate of calcium andphosphorus were increased 4.94% and 19.29% (P〈O.O1)on pullets, respectively. By adding phytase and plant-derived ealeium phosphate (0.8%),apparent metabolie rate of ealeium and phosphorus were inereased 4.86% and 13.19% (P〈O.O1) on pullets, respectively. Plant-derived ealeium phosphate was better to inerease apparent metabolie rate of ealeium and phosphorus compared with mine-derived ealeium phosphate. In addition, phytase eould improve apparent metabolie rate of different caleium phosphate on pullets.
