摘要
利用波特钻石模型对江苏省秸秆发电产业的发展现状进行分析,将影响产业发展的因素分为一般制约因素和瓶颈制约因素,并根据秸秆发电产业的发展现状和制约因素提出对策和建议。
In this paper, the Porter Diamond Model is used to analyze the development status of the straw power generation industry and divide the constraints impacting the industrial development into general constraints and bottleneck factors. Finally, according to the status and constraints, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
