摘要
秸秆发电是将秸秆作为电厂燃料替代煤资源发电的能源替代发电模式,秸秆采购环节和采购模式是影响秸秆发电企业效益的重要因素。基于华电国际电力股份有限公司秸秆与煤炭混烧发电项目实际,建立了联盟采购模式和市场采购模式的秸秆发电企业的利润仿真分析模型,证明在实际统计数据范围内,秸秆发电厂和秸秆收储企业结成联盟会获得整体收益的提升,秸秆电厂应选择联盟方式进行秸秆采购,这样秸秆发电厂会获得较高的投资回报,同时通过敏感度分析揭示出秸秆发电项目应密切关注运输费率和煤炭价格的变化。
Stalk-burning power generation is substitution power generation mode in which the stalk is used as the power plant fuel to replace the coal resources to generate power. The stalk purchasing link and purchasing mode are important factors affecting economic results of stalk-burning power generation enterprises. Based on the practice of a stalk-coal mixed burning power generation project of the Huadian International Company Limited, a profit simulation analysis model is built on the alliance purchasing mode and market purchasing mode of the profit of stalk-burning power generation enterprises. The model shows that in the actual statistic data scope, the forming of the alliance of stalk-burning power plants and the stalk purchasing and storing enterprises will propel the rise of the whole gains. It is needed for the stalk- burning power generation enterprises to select the alliance stalk purchasing form to purchase stalk. Only in this way may the stalk-burning power plants get higher capital returns. Meanwhile, through the analysis on sensitivity, it is revealed that close attention should be directed by the stalk-burning power generation project to the change of the transport cost and coal price.
