摘要
通过对3种榛子中IAA、GA3、ABA这3种激素的测定,比较分析可知,在果实受精后IAA、GA3含量较高,ABA含量很低,第一个快速生长期内IAA、GA3的含量下降,ABA含量一直很低。在果实缓慢生长期,3种激素含量升高。从第二次快速生长期至果实成熟,IAA含量是先有所升高当果实体积增长停止后有所降低,而GA3含量逐渐增高直到果实成熟期后有所下降。ABA的含量则是缓慢升高。3种激素之间存在着显著的正相关性。由此可见,调控果实内的激素对提高果实质量和产量有重要意义。
The contents of IAA、GA3、ABA in three genus Corylus were mersured.The results show that after the fruits fertilized,the contents of IAA and GA3 were higher,but that of ABA was in a very low level;the contents of IAA,GA3 decreased,and ABA also had a low level in the first rapidly growth;when the seeds grown slowly,the contents of three hormone all increased;from the second rapidly growth period to fruit ripening,the content of IAA first increased,when the seed volume stopped growing,then that of IAA decreased;meanwhile,the GA3 increased until fruit ripening then decreased,and ABA had been increasing;the three hormone had significant positive correlation.The findings prove that regulation of fruit hormone can raise quality and yield of three genus Corylus.
