摘要
华盛顿脐橙谢花后,用BA、GA_3和BA+GA_3涂果,涂果后1-2周,引入^(14)CO_2标记光合产物,两年的研究表明,在第一次生理落果期间,各处理涂果后幼果中^(14)C-光合产物放射比强度大小为BA+GA_3>BA>GA_3>CK。在第二次生理落果期间,各处理涂果后则为BA+GA_3>GA_3>BA>CK。此结果与其分别减少第一和第二次生理落果的作用大小相一致。
After flowering, young fruits were painted with GA_3、 BA、 BA+ GA_3 and water ( CK ) respectively. 1-2 weeks later, the treated branches were exposed to ^(14)C0_2 and harvesed after 48 hours. When the young fruits were treated with the 4 treatments during the first physiological drop ( FPD ) period, fruit sink intensity ( ^(14)C/dry wt ) in treated fruits was BA + GA_3>BA>GA>CK. However, when the young fruits were treated with the 4 treatments during the second physiological drop ( SPD ) period, fruit sink intensity in treated fruits was BA + GA_3>GA_3>BA>CK. Furthermore, the effects of the 4 treatments on reducing young fruit drop was also BA + GA_3>BA>GA3>CK during FPD period, and BA + GA_3>GA_3>BA>CK during SPD period.
