Progress of studies on experimental animal models of intracerebral hemorrhage

摘要 脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)占首次卒中的10%~15%,30 d内死亡率占35%~52%,只有20%的患者6个月后生活能自理[1]。脑出血严重威胁人类生命和健康,其所引起的神经功能障碍大大降低了个体生存质量,并给社会带来极大的负担。脑出血的病理生理学相关机制尚未明确,众多学者通过建立动物模型研究脑出血后的组织损伤机制,以期探索出脑出血新的治疗方法,并评价其治疗的效果。
