摘要
近年来生物DNA条形码技术的发展非常迅猛,是当今世界生命科学和生物技术领域中最活跃的学科前沿之一。然而各个生物类群的DNA条形码研究水平相差甚大。与动、植物相比,真菌DNA条形码研究相对滞后。本文就生物DNA条形码技术的产生与发展历程及其研究内容作了基本的介绍,对DNA条形码研究中所涉及到的几个关键问题做了概括,并对真菌DNA条形码研究作了简要的回顾。
The technology of DNA barcode is one of the most active subject frontier in life science and biotechnology, which have been developed very fast in recent years. However, the research levels of DNA bareode in different biological taxa vary considerably. Compared with the animals and plants, the study of fungal DNA barcoding is lagging behind. In this paper, the concept, research content and development process of the DNA barcode are introduced. Furthermore, several key problems of DNA barcode are summarized and the progress of fungal DNA barcoding is briefly reviewed.
