摘要
利用FMECA方法和技术,对某新型舰船主推进装置监控系统开展了维修性分析,获得了主推进装置监控系统各部件的故障模式、影响及危害性、基本维修措施和补偿措施。为确定维修项目和要求,制定可达性设计、维修安全、防差错措施和维修中的人素工程提供了输入信息和参考内容。应用FMECA方法,发现了系统的薄弱环节,避免了传统分析方法的盲目性,提高了系统维修性水平。
The failure mode, effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) method is used for the maintainability analysis of a new-type ship Main Propulsion control and monitoring system. The maintenance information of the system components, such as failure mode, effects and criticality, basic maintenance and repairing methods are decided for determining the maintenance items and requirements,Reachability design, maintenance safety, error preventing and human factors etc. Based on the FMECA methods, the weak links of the system are founded, which helps in improve the system maintainability.
