摘要
容错设计是提高设备可靠性、维修性的一种重要手段。对目前国内常见插箱固定形式进行了分析和研究,提出了一种新的容错设计固定形式技术,利用松不脱螺钉、螺套、弹簧、可调螺母和垫板的有机配合,降低了机柜加工精度要求和加工成本,减少了插箱固定螺钉及螺母损坏的几率,解决了某些插箱固定螺钉及螺母损坏后难以更换的难题,降低了人为差错所带来的负面影响;插箱维修更换更加快捷,设备通用化难度得到降低。
Fault-tolerant design is an important means to improve the reliability and serviceability of equipment.Based on the analysis and study of fixing form of present domestic common subracks,a new technique of fixing form of fault-tolerance design is proposed in this paper,which uses the organic combination of captive screws,screw barrels,springs,adjustive nuts and bearing plates to reduce the processing accuracy requirements and processing cost of cabinets,and decrease the damage probability of setscrew and nut of subracks,and solves the problem that some setscrews and nuts for fixing subracks are hard to be replaced after damage,reduces the negative impact brought by human errors.As a result,the maintenance and replacement of subracks are more convenient and efficient,the equipment generalization gets less difficult.
