摘要
针对目前雷达装备缺乏全面有效的测试性评估方法的问题,提出了基于全寿命周期的雷达装备测试性综合评估模型。首先,从现代雷达装备测试性评估的全寿命周期过程出发,建立并分析了基于全寿命周期的雷达装备测试性综合评估指标体系;在此基础上,将层次分析法与模糊综合评判方法应用到测试性评估中,给出了雷达装备测试性综合评估方法和步骤;最后,举例进行了验证与分析。结果表明,该评估模型简单、实用、有效,为复杂武器装备的测试性评估提供了一种新的思路。
Due to the lack of effective evaluation methods for testability of radar equipment, a testability synthetic evaluation model based on life cycle is proposed. First of all, a new evaluation index system of testability based on life cycle is established and ana- lyzed. On this basis, a method based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive assessment is applied to testability e- valuation, and the method and steps of evaluation are described. Finally, testability of radar equipment as an example is validated, and the result shows that the method is simple, practical and effective, which provides a new way of effectively synthetic evaluating testability of complicated equipment.
