摘要
以工业松香为原料合成了一种松香基磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂:N-(3-松香酰氧-2-羟基)丙基-N,N-二甲基(2-羟基)磺丙基甜菜碱.通过红外对产物结构进行了表征.测定了松香基磺基甜菜碱的临界胶束浓度为0.57 mmol/L,表面张力为37.8 mN/m,吸附量为1.98 mg/g.考察了其抗Ca2+、Mg2+能力、乳化力及驱油效果.结果表明:该产品临界胶束浓度低,有较强的抗盐能力,吸附损失较小,乳化力较强,在低渗透岩心的驱替实验中提高采收率达8.4%,是一种具有优良性能的驱油剂.
A kind of rosinyl-sulphobetaine surfactant,N - ( 3 - dehydroabietyloxy - 2 - hydroxy) propyl - N,N - dimethyl( 2 - hydroxy) sulfopropyl betaine was synthesized using industrial rosin as raw materials. The structure of the product was characterized by IR. Its critical micelle concentration( CMC) is 0. 57mmol / L,surface tension can reach to 37. 8 mN / m,and adsorption quantity is 1. 98 mg / g. its critical micelle concentration is low,it has strong salt resistance,small adsorption losses and stronger emulsifying ability. It can make the recovery factor of low-permeability cores enhanced by 8. 4% in displacement experiments,and therefore it is a oil displacement agent with excellent performance.
