摘要
以松香、二乙烯三胺等为原料,合成了几种松香基咪唑啉及其衍生物,通过静态、动态及电化学实验方法测试咪唑啉化合物在HC l-H2S-H2O的强酸性腐蚀体系中对A3钢的缓蚀效果。结果表明,所合成的松香基咪唑啉化合物在HC l-H2S-H2O溶液中对A3钢均具有一定的缓蚀性能。当合成的化合物HS-6为50 mg/L,乙二胺和1227的质量比为2∶1复配后缓蚀率可达96%以上。
Several rosin-based imidazoline and its derivatives were successfully synthesized with the basis of rosin,diethyl triamine as raw materials. The static, dynamic weight loss and electrochemistry methods were utilized to research the effectiveness of imidazoline to the anti-corrosion property of A3 steel in the HCl-H2S-H2O strong acid corrosive system. The resuhs showed that the synthesized rosin-based imidazo- line had the effectiveness of anti-corrosion property to the A3 steel in the HCl-H2S-H2O solution. The rate of anti-corrosion can be over 96% under the conditions that the concentration of corrosion inhibitor HS-6 was 50 mg/L,and the mass ratio of ethylenediamine to 1227 was 2 : 1.
