摘要
目的 :观察和了解经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术 (PL D)的术后早期反应及并发症。方法 :通过对 2 86例腰椎间盘突出症患者行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术后的随访 ,对术后早期反应及并发症进行研究。结果 :术后 3例出现较为严重的术后不良反应和并发症 ,占 1.0 5 % ,其中包括椎间隙感染、神经损伤。另外还有腰背部酸痛、腿部酸胀感、间隙性跛行等。结论 :必须严格掌握PL D手术的适应证及操作技术 ,采取积极有效的预防措施 ,才能减少和避免严重的术后不良反应及并发症的发生。
Objective: To review the experience on patients the lumbar disc herniation (LDH) treated with percutaneous lumbar discectomy (PLD). To observe the complications of PLD treatment of LDH. Methods: From 1996.5～1999.7, 286 cases of LDH were treated with PLD. The postoperative complications were evaluated. Results: Severe complications including discitis, nerve injury in 3 cases, and some other mild complications such as back pain in 64 cases, leg pain in 32 cases, lumbar stenosis in 12 cases. Conclusions: Strictly selected candidates for the operation should be emphasized for the reduction and avoidence of the complications.
