摘要
在6具成人尸体标本上观测 L2～S1椎间盘平面的几个进针点的角度、深度;穿刺针途径中,距血管、神经干的距离,以及它们之间的关系。提出 L2～L3,L3～L4,L4～L5椎间盘穿刺点距后正中线8～12cm,穿刺角度约45°～60°。分析了L5～S1椎间盘的穿刺入路因其易损伤重要的血管、神经干,有待于进一步研究。
The puncturing direction,depth and syntopy with nearby blood vessels and nerve trunks inpercutaneous nucleotomy were observed at each disc level from L2 to S1 in 6 adult cadaveric spec-imens.Based on the observation,it was suggested that for the nucleotomies at L2～L3,L3～L4and L4～L5 disc levels,pereutaneous puncture point should be located 8～12cm lateral to theposterior median line with a puncturing direction of 45～60 degrees to the sagittal plane.Methodsfor the percutaneous nucleotomy at L5～S1 level needs further studies to satisfy,for the highlpossibility of injuring main blood vessels and nerve trunks in operation.
