摘要
为改进经皮穿刺髓核摘除术的效果及手术可行性,本文在10具（20侧）成人标本上,观测第3、第4腰椎横突和相应的椎间盘以及它们与邻近结构的关系。提出了穿刺点是在横突上、下缘及其脊神经前支内、外测干之间;为手术提供了穿刺角度和深度的数据;同时提示手术中如何以腰椎横突为标志,避开有关的血管、神经。此本法经临床应用是可行的。
In order to improve the result of the percutaneous nucleotomy, the anatomical characteristies with transverse processes, intervertebral discs and their nearby structures were observed at the L3, L4 in 10 adult spocimens. The puncture point is located in the place between the upper and lower margin of the transverse processes, moreover, between the inner trunk and outside trunk of the spinal nerve. The diroction and depth of the puncturing were provided for the operation.It is discussed how to avoid the nearby blood vessels and spinal nerve trunk in the percutaneos nucleotomy. It is feasible that this method may be used in clinical practice.
