摘要
以乙炔和二甘醇为原料,醇钾为催化剂,在常压鼓泡床反应器中研究二甘醇乙烯基醚的合成工艺,研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂浓度和乙炔流率等因素对二甘醇转化率和二甘醇乙烯基醚收率的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件.在反应时间8 h,反应温度175℃,催化剂浓度10%,乙炔流率35 mL/min的优化工艺条件下,二甘醇单程转化率可达63.7%,二甘醇乙烯基醚类化合物的收率达61.2%.
Diethylene glycol vinyl ether was synthesized with diethylene glycol and acetylene as raw materials in a bubble reactor under atmospheric pressure. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst concentration and acetylene space velocity were studied. Results indicated that the appropriate reaction conditionwas as follows: reaction time is above 8h,reaction temperature was 175 ℃, catalysts concentration is 10% and the acetylene flow rate is 35 mL/min. Under this reaction condition, the conversion of diethylene glycol could be 63.7% and the yield of diethylene glycol vinyl ether could reach to 61.2%.
