摘要
以乙炔和二甘醇为原料、二甘醇钾为催化剂,采用固定床反应器及气液非均相反应工艺,连续合成二甘醇单乙烯基醚和二甘醇双乙烯基醚,通过单因素调优确定了适宜反应条件:操作空速0.3~0.4 h-1,系统压力≥0.6 MPa,操作温度175℃,钾浓度约2%,二甘醇转化率≥75%,产品总收率≥72%.
With acetylene and DEG as raw materials,and diethylene glycol potassium as the catalyst,using fixed-bed reactor and gas-liquid heterogeneous reaction process,the diethylene glycol divinyl ether and diethylene glycol divinyl ether were continuously synthesized.The suitable reaction conditions was determined by single-factor tuning:operating space velocity is 0.3 to 0.4 h-1,the system pressure ≥0.6 MPa,operating temperature is 175 ℃,potassium concentration is about 2%,diethylene glycol conversion rate ≥75%,the total yield of the product ≥72%.
