摘要
高通量测序技术是测序技术发展历程中的一个里程碑,具有可一次同时对几十万甚至到几百万条DNA分子测序和一般的读长较短等功能。这些功能实现了对某种物种的基因组或转录组更深入细致的研究和分析,所以高通量测序技术也被称为深度测序技术或者下一代测序技术。论文主要针对高通量技术的种类、发展、应用以及在畜禽上的使用价值和前景进行介绍。
High-throughput sequencing technology is a milestone in the development of sequencing technology. It can sequence and analyze hundreds of thousands or even millions of DNA molecules at the same time. So it becomes a reality that we further analyze the species＇ transcription group. Therefore, high-throughput sequencing technology is also called as deep sequencing or next generation sequencing technology. This article introduced the types, development, and the application of high-throughput se- quencing technology in livestock and poultry.
