摘要
高通量技术作为新一代测序手段,可以同时对几百万DNA分子进行序列测定。肠道微生物作为人体最庞大、最复杂的微生态系统,高通量技术的出现能够完整快速地完成对肠道微生物群落信息的采集与分析,完善对肠道菌群的认识。总结高通量技术的主要方法及原理;介绍高通量技术在肠道微生物的多样性,与肥胖、过敏症、肠道疾病及其他疾病关系中的应用;综述宏基因组学在高通量平台下对肠道菌群的研究。旨在为今后肠道微生物的研究提供一定的参考,为高通量技术在肠道微生物中的研究提供新的思路。
As a new generation sequencing technology, high-throughput sequencing could sequence millions of DNA molecules simultaneously. The intestinal microbiota was acting as the largest and most complex micro-ecosystem in the human body, high-throughput technology could achieve the intestinal microbiota community information collection, analysis quickly and perfectly, and improve understanding of the intestinal flora. The review summarized the main methods and principles of high-throughput technology, introduced application of high-throughput technology in the intestinal microbiota diversity, which was related to obesity, allergies, intestinal diseases and other diseases, and application of metagenomics in intestinal flora under the high-throughput sequencing. Hope that this study will contribute to further understanding of the intestinal microbiota and provide new ideas for the study of high-throughput technologies in the intestinal microbiota.
