摘要
当前 ,成人高师院校实施德育的有效途径是充分发挥显性课程与隐性课程的整体教育功能。由此 ,探究成人高师院校隐性课程的涵义、特征及功能 ,有利于提高对其本质的全面认识 。
An effective way to the implementation of moral educaton in adults normal universities is to fully perform the integral educational function of both dominant courses and ecessive ones.Therefore a probe into the implications of the recessive courses in adults normal universities helps deepen our all round understanding of the nature and has some important theoretical significance and practical value to the effective inplementation of moral education.
