Non-destructive inspection of mutton character based on dielectric property

摘要 依据介电特性检测原理,使用LCR测试仪对常温和冷藏条件下羊肉的介电参数进行检测,探索了参数测量最佳电压及频率,以及羊肉贮藏品质变化和不同部位与介电参数之间的相关性,并对测量数据用Excel进行分析和曲线拟合.结果表明,复阻抗Z,电导G均与羊肉的贮藏品质明显相关,在常温及冷藏条件下检测品质变化,电导G拟合方程决定系数R2分别为0.988 9和0.987 2;对于不同部位的羊肉,脊柱肉电导值最大,其次为前腿,后腿肉最小.上述方法可以对肉的贮藏品质变化及不同部位进行检测识别. According to the principle of dielectric properties, detected dielectric parameters of mutton which stored in normal temperature and refrigeration using LCR tester, the best testing voltage and frequency were explored, the correlation of storage quality changing and different parts of sheep with dielectric parameters, then the measured data were analyzed and fitted by curve with Excel. The results show that the correction between impedance Z and conductance G with mutton storage qualities are significantly, the conductance G correlation coefficient R2 of freshness determination fitting equation in normal temperature conditions and cold storage are 0.988 9 and 0.987 2; For the different parts of the mutton, the spine meat conductivity value is the largest, followed by the front legs, hind leg meat is the lowest. This method is able to detect and recognize the characters for storage quality changing and different parts of mutton.
