预紧力和电极直径对库尔勒香梨电学参数测量影响规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 以库尔勒香梨为材料,研究了香梨在不同预紧力和电极直径下电学参数并联等效电阻、损耗因数、复阻抗相角、导纳的变化规律;建立了不同电极直径下预紧力与电学参数间的数学关系,对比分析了电学参数的变化速率。结果发现,不同预紧力下随着电极直径的增大并联等效电阻、损耗因数、复阻抗相角,导纳逐渐增加,当预紧力在0~1.5 N范围内,电学参数变化不明显。当预紧力大于1.5 N时,电学参数变化较为明显。且当电极直径为20 mm时,四种电学参数变化率最大;在不同电极直径下随着预紧力的增大并联等效电阻、损耗因数、复阻抗相角,导纳逐渐增加,预紧力越大香梨电学参数的变化率越高;电极直径和预紧力大小对香梨电学参数测量均有一定的影响,且预紧力变化对电学参数影响更显著。试验结果可为库尔勒香梨电学参数测量研究提供参考依据。 This research used Korla pear as materials,the change rule of equivalent resistance,loss factor,complex impedance phase Angle,and admittance under different preload and electrode diameters were studied.The mathematical relationship between electrode diameter,preload and electrical parameters is established,the change rate of electrical parameters is compared and analyzed.The result shows that,under different preloading forces,as the electrode diameter increases,the equivalent resistance,loss,complex impedance phase Angle,and admittance increases gradually.When the preloading force is within the range of 0~1.5 N,the electrical parameters do not change significantly.When the preloading force is greater than 1.5 N,the electrical parameters change significantly.And when the electrode diameter is 20 mm,The four electrical parameters have the highest rate of change;In different electrode diameters,as the preload increases,the variation of parallel equivalent resistance,loss,complex impedance phase Angle,and admittance increases gradually,the greater the preload,the greater the influence on the electrical parameters of pear;And under the preloading force of 2.5 N,the curve change rate of electrical parameters is the largest.The changes of electrode diameter and preload have significant effect on the electrical parameters of pear;and the effect of preload on electrical parameters is more significant.The results of this experiment can provide reference for electrical parameter measurement of Korla pear.
