摘要
金融具有资金筹集、分散风险、优化配置和信用约束的功能,金融支持在创新发展中扮演着重要作用;反过来,创新型城市的发展也可以促进金融体系的完善。采用灰色关联分析方法,以重庆市沙坪坝区建设"国家创新型试点城区"为背景,研究金融支持与城市创新力的灰色关联度,金融业从业人员比例和边际资本生产率与城市创新力的灰色关联度最大,短期贷款占比、科技贷款占比和技术改造贷款占比与城市创新能力的灰色关联度最小,是因为体制原因没充分发挥其作用。并由此提出重庆市金融支持创新型城市建设的建议。
Finance has the functions of raising fund ,spreading risk, optimizing configuration and crediting constraints. On the one hand,financial support is playing an important role in the innovation and development;on the other hand, the development of innovative city also can promote the improvement of the financial system. The thesis mainly studies the grey connection degree between the financial support and the innovation of city by using the method of grey connection analysis and taking ＂the national innovative pilot district construction＂ in Shapingba as the background. The conclusion of studies shows that the grey connection degree between the proportion of financial industry practitioners,marginal capital productivity and the innovation capability of city is the maximum. And there is the minimum grey connection degree between the ratios of Short-term loans, scientist loans ,technical renovation loans and the innovation capability of city. Due to the institution, the finance doesn＇t fully play the proper role. For this reason, the paper puts forward suggestion about the financial support in the innovative city construction of Chongqing city.
