摘要
在普通柴油机4108的基础上,对防爆柴油机的进排气系统提出最优方案,并对进排气系统的结构进行了设计改进。改进了阻火栅栏的安装结构,使其容易拆装清洗。然后对排气系统尾气管道的结构做了优化设计,明显改善了冷却效果,有效阻止了柴油机内的火星窜出,控制了防爆柴油机的排气温度。
On the basis of ordinary engine 4108, first optimal solution on explosion-proof diesel engine intake and exhaust systems, and structure of exhaust system was improved. Improved structure of installation of fire retardant fence, make it easy disassembly cleaning. The structure of exhaust pipe of exhaust system is to be designed optimally, the cooling performance was improved significantly. And it prevented diesel mars sprang effectively, temperature of explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust was controlled.
