摘要
针对火电厂烟气的特点,讨论了影响布袋除尘器工作可靠性的因素并提出了解决问题的方法。对布袋除尘器的工作过程、保证除尘效率的措施、烟气超温超压和含火星时的危害及处理方法、除尘器漏风对布袋的影响、气动阀组工作的可靠性和控制系统的误动原因和对策进行了分析。
Aiming at the characteristics of the flue gas of thermal power plant,the factors influencing on the reliability of the bag filter were discussed,and the solving methods were proposed.The working process of the bag filter,the measures for ensuring the dust removal efficiency,the harms of over-temperature and over-pressure and spark of flue gas and relevant treatment method,the influence of filter air leakage on the bags,the reliability of the pneumatic valve set,the malfunction reason of the control system and the countermeasures were analyzed.
