摘要
以柴油发动机为动力源的无轨辅助运输设备在实现煤矿企业高产、高效生产模式的同时,也给煤矿井下安全生产提出了更高的要求。柴油发动机尾气的防爆与净化已成为井下安全作业的首要问题。从防爆与净化方式这一角度阐述和比较了干式和湿式防爆处理装置的工作原理和各自的优缺点。
Diesel engines for auxiliary power source of the non-rail transportation equipment play an important role in the realization of high-yield, efficient mode of production of coal mining enterprises, but on the other hand, higher requirements to coal mine safety in production are put forward also. Explosion-proof and purifying exhaust of diesel engines has become the number one problem of the underground safe operation. Described and compared the advantages and disadvantages in dry and wet processing device works explosion from the point of explosion-proof and purification methods.
