摘要
目的探讨加强护理安全管理在普外科术后留置导管护理中的作用。方法选择普外科术后留置导管的患者200例,随机分为试验组和对照组各100例,对试验组加强护理安全管理,对照组给予普通护理。统计两组导管相关并发症的发生情况,比较二者差异。结果试验组各种导管相关并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科术后留置导管的护理中加强护理安全管理可以明显降低留置导管相关并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the role of strengthening nursing safety management in indwelling catheter nursing after general surgery. Methods Two hundred cases of general surgery postoperative pat!ents with indwelling catheter were selected as the research obiectives, and all the .patients were randomly divided into experimental group and con- trol group with 100 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with nursing safety management and the control group was treated with ordinary care. The catheter related complications of two groups were collected and compared. Results All kinds of catheter related complications incidence of experimental group was significant lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Strengthening the safety management in general surgery postoperative indwelling catheter nursing care can reduce significantly the incidence of catheter related complications.
