摘要
目的建立系统化、规范化、科学化的护理安全标识无缝隙管理系统,以确保患者医疗安全。方法针对临床护理容易出现护理差错的环节,确立护理安全标识无缝隙管理系统的范畴,分别对患者识别、治疗护理、治疗环境、沟通等各环节,统一制作不同颜色、形状、字样的塑料腕带、不干胶卡片、塑料悬挂卡、有机玻璃架等标识,应用于临床,并实行三级质量控制。结果无缝隙护理安全标识管理系统的应用及无缝隙管理,有效加强了护理过程中护理服务关键点的控制,不良事件发生率逐年下降,患者满意度逐年上升。结论护理安全标识无缝隙管理系统合理规范的使用,能降低护理安全风险,确保患者安全,提高患者满意度。
Objective To create a systematic,standardized and scientific seamless management system for safety identification in clinical settings,and to ensure patient safety.Methods A seamless management system for safety identification was created based on the weak links that led to nursing errors in practice,and wristbands,adhesive cards,plastic impendent cards,plexiglass shelves were made for patient identification,treatment care,treatment environment,communication etc.Three-level quality control was applied.Results Application of the seamless management system strengthened control over key points in nursing practice,which led to a reduction in adverse events and an increase in patient satisfaction.Conclusion Using a seamless management system for safety identification can reduce nursing risk,ensure patient safety and improve patient satisfaction.
