摘要
目的 观察华瞻素联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 选择经细胞学和 /或病理证实的晚期癌症患者 44例 ,随机分为两组。治疗组 2 4例 ,采用华蟾素联合化疗 ;对照组 2 0例 ,应用单纯化疗。结果 治疗组 CR3例、PR11例、CR+ PR为 5 8.3 % (14/ 2 4)。对照组 CR1例 ,PR6例 ,CR+PR为 35 % (7/ 2 0 )。治疗组静脉炎发生率高于对照组 ,但消化道反应 ,骨髓抑制率均低于对照组 ,而且生活质量高于对照组。结论 华蟾素配合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤效果显著 ,安全可靠 。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of cinobufotalin combined with chemotherapy for advanced malignant tumors. Methods 44 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients were treated during 1995,5 to 1999,3. They were divided at random into 2 groups:Therapy group 24 cases, using cinobufotalin combined with chemotherapy and control group 20 cases, using chemotherapy alone. The therapeutic effects and the side reactions were compared. Results In the therapy group. 3 cases showed complete response (CR) and 11 cases of partial response (PR). The total response rate as 58.3 %, while in the control group, there were only 1 case of complete response and 6 cases of partial response, CR+PR was 35 %. Aomong the side reactions, phlebitis in the therapy group was hihger than that of the control group, while digestive system reactions of digestive system and bone marrow depression were less than contol group.Conclusion The use of cinobufotalin combined with chemotherapy is a safe and reliable treatment for advanced malignant tumors.
