摘要 黄冈职业技术学院在人才培养质量评价过程中,构建了"三通一专"能力测评体系,注重培养结果的监控评价。"三通一专"能力测评是对学生英语应用能力、计算机操作能力、应用文写作能力和专业核心能力进行测量和评价。其总体思路是"通专兼顾、打包教学、能力测评、三向挂钩"。通过对"三通一专"能力的测试,将测试结果与执教教师课酬挂钩,与学生所在系部教学质量评价挂钩,与学生毕业资格挂钩,从而促进教学改革,提高人才培养质量。 In the evaluation process of talent cultivation quality, Huanggang Vocational and Technical College constructs the "three general and one professional" abilities evaluation system and pays attention to the monitoring evaluation for cul- tivation results. The "three general and one professional" abilities evaluation system aims to measure and assess students' English application abilities, computer skills, practical writing abilities and specialty core abilities. Its general thoughts are "general and professional combination, package teaching, abilities evaluation and three-direction linkage". According to the test for "three general and one professional" abilities, linking the test results with teachers' remuneration, the teach- ing quality evaluation for students' department and the graduate qualifications of students, so as to promote the teaching reform and improve the talent cultivation quality.
