不同大豆品种抗旱生理生态的研究 被引量:62

摘要 选用山西农业大学大豆研究室现存的大豆资源 (包括中间材料 ) ,对抗旱基因筛选 ,选出十一份较好的材料 ,进行二年 (1 997、 1 998)水旱两地试验 ,在营养生长期测定“电导率、渗透势、叶绿素含量、相对含水量及水份饱和亏”等生理指标 ,并对生育期、株高、株荚数、百粒重、产量等性状作综合分析。同时利用抗旱指数 (DI)对大豆抗旱级别进行了划分 ,分析结果表明 ,大豆营养生长期生理抗旱性对后期各产量性状的形成有一定的影响。 In this study, Soybean germplasms were used to conduct a dought resistance selection .11materials of better Performance were finally indentified . Field tests under both stress and nonusers treatments were carried out across two years(1997 and 1998).At the early growth stage, physiological indexes-electronic conductivity ,osmotic potential ,chlorophyll contents and relative water content, were examined .Main teacart-growth period ,plant height, pods per plant ,100-seed weight and Yield per plant were analysed, and drought grades of drought resistance of Various soybean varieties were classfied .The results showed that physiological and ecological drought resistance at early growth stage had certain effect on the forming of yield characters at later growth stage of soybean ,and that every character related to drought resistance played an important pant in drought resistance of soybean varieties.
