摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定蓼科植物习见蓼中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm);流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(55:45:1.8),检测波长为370 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:槲皮素在0.028~2.210μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.4%,RSD=1.04%(n=6)。结论:本法简单、准确,重复性好,可用于习见蓼药材的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a determination method for quercetin in Polygonum plebeium R.Br.by HPLC.Method:The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C_(18) column(250 mm x4.6 mm,4μm) with methanol-water-acetic acid solution(55:45 :1.8)as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 370nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^(-1).Result:A good linear relationship was shown within the range of 0.028-2.210μg,and the average recovery was 102.4% (RSD -1.04%,n = 6).Conclusion:The method is simple and reliable with good repeatability,and can be used to control the quality of the medicinal materials.
