摘要
研究槲皮素被过氧化氢氧化后的产物在硼砂溶液中的荧光性质,确定最佳条件。在激发波长和发射波长分别为305nm和355nm时,发射荧光强度和槲皮素的浓度在0mol/L~3.2×10-5mol/L的范围内成线性关系,线性方程为F=2.5+1.64196C(10-6mol/L),相关系数r=0.9997。将此方法应用在菜芙蓉样品中的槲皮素含量的测定,精确度可达到1.435%,回收率为97.1%~103.7%。
It was found that quercetin oxidized by hydrogen dioxide emits strong fluorescence in borax buffer. Under the optimum experimental conditions,when the excitation and emission wavelengths were 305 nm and 355 nm, respectively; and the linear range was 0 mol/L-3.2×10^-5 mol/L for QCT,the linear equation was F= 2.5+ 1.641 96 C (10^-6 mol/L), and the related coefficient was r=0.999 7. If the method was applied to the determination of QCT in the samples of Hibiscus manihot, RSD was 1.435 %, recoveries obtained were in the range 97.1%-103.7 %.
